From Right to Left:
Meet John Jolley. He is the Vice President for the building. John is a diehard Georgia Bulldogs fan! When Georgia isn’t playing, he loves to take his two dogs to the park or enjoy a concert on the green with his wife. He lives by one simple motto – “Surround Yourself with Great People then Plan the Work and Work the Plan!”
Meet Andrea Restrepo. Andrea is the Assistant General Manager for the building and has worked in Property Management for 9 years. Andrea is passionate about animal welfare and travel. She is always planning her next adventure and looking for exciting food options along the way!
Meet Bernardo Lopez. He is the Assistant Chief Engineer for the building. Bernardo has been with the building for over 11 years. He loves spending time with family and playing some video games.
Meet Kasie Hunter. She is the Property Administrator for the building. Kasie was born and raised in South Florida and just graduated college with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. She has been in property management for less than 2 year.
Meet Angel Martinez. Angel is the Buildings Chief Engineer. Angel has over 16 years of Building Engineering experience. Angel has been awarded with Engineer of the Year for 2021-2022 & 2015-2016. Angel is also co-chair of the BOMA Engineering Committee. When Angel is not working, he loves spending time with his wife and two daughters.
